Delivery destinations

Available destinations are shown at checkout after a complete address is entered. If a destination or delivery service is not offered at checkout, we cannot accept that delivery request through the store.

Delivery methods, charges and estimates

The available method, charge and delivery estimate are displayed before payment and confirmed with the order. We do not publish a fixed delivery promise when the required operational information has not been supplied. An estimate is not a guaranteed date unless expressly stated as such for the order.

Order processing

Delivery deadline under consumer law

Where no different delivery date or period has been agreed, consumer goods must be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract. Currency and prices

Prices are displayed in euro (EUR). Consumer prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any other amount payable are shown before the order is submitted. A bank or wallet provider may apply its own conversion or service fee.

Available payment methods

Only the payment methods displayed in Shopify checkout are available for a particular order. Availability may depend on location, device, order value and payment-provider rules. We do not accept card details through the contact form.

Authorization and capture

A payment provider may authorize, reserve or capture funds according to the method selected. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order but does not override the contract-formation rules in the Terms & Conditions.

Payment security

Failed or declined payments

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

Customers must have legal capacity to enter the contract or act with the authorization required by law. The website may not be used for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with security, automated abuse, infringement of rights or resale activity that violates applicable conditions.

3. Product information

Product pages present the supplied title, description, images, options, price and availability. Customers must review the selected option before ordering. Screen settings and lighting can affect colour appearance. We may correct an obvious error before accepting an order and will provide any remedy required by law.

4. Prices and currency

5. Placing an order

An order is submitted when the customer completes checkout. The customer must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not by itself guarantee acceptance, stock or dispatch.

6. Contract formation

The sales contract is formed when we communicate acceptance or dispatch the goods, according to the order communication. We may decline an order for a lawful reason such as failed payment, unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or an unlawful request. Any captured amount for a declined order will be reversed or refunded.

14-day right of withdrawal

Subject to statutory exceptions, a consumer may withdraw from an online sales contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. For goods, the period generally begins when the consumer or a nominated third party other than the carrier receives the goods. Special timing rules apply to multiple goods delivered separately and goods delivered in lots.

How to exercise withdrawal

Before the period expires, send an unambiguous withdrawal notice through the Contact Us form. Identify the order, the products concerned, the date received and the email used for the order. A reason is not required.

Returning the goods

After giving notice, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the notice. Follow the return instructions provided for the order. Do not send a parcel to an unconfirmed address. The consumer is responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return costs

For an ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal, the consumer bears the direct return cost where that obligation was properly disclosed and applicable law permits. We bear the appropriate cost where goods are non-conforming, defective, damaged before risk passed or incorrectly supplied.

Refund timing and method

Where withdrawal is valid, payments received for the relevant goods, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for the order, are reimbursed within 14 days after we are informed of the decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or the consumer supplies evidence of return, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without cost to the consumer.

Statutory exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code applies, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. An exception is applied only where its legal conditions are met and does not remove rights relating to non-conforming goods.

Legal guarantee of conformity

The seller is responsible for a lack of conformity existing at delivery under the Italian Consumer Code. Depending on the circumstances and statutory conditions, the consumer may be entitled to repair or replacement without charge, or to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights are independent of the withdrawal right and any commercial return offer.

Wrong, damaged or defective goods

Contact us promptly with the order number, a description and clear photographs where helpful. Do not continue using or alter goods where doing so could worsen damage or make inspection impossible. Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory remedy.

Exchanges

An exchange is available only where expressly offered and stock permits. Otherwise, an eligible product may be returned and a new order placed. This does not affect the statutory remedy of replacement for non-conforming goods.

If a return decision is disputed, use the Contact Us form and provide the relevant documents and requested resolution. Consumers retain access to competent courts and any applicable alternative dispute-resolution route.
